Shadow was depressed that the government was going to show force instead of love when captain Cattitude made his landing on Earth on October 31st. She has been mopping around her apartment for three days. She only left the apartment to help Phoebe find her disguise for the Cat-extravaganza Dance Party now called Cat-extravaganza Halloween Party. Today Phoebe came over to cheer shadow up by showing Shadow her costume/ disguise for the party.
