Today, Shadow plans on telling Phoebe the truth that her Invite to the Cat- Estranzaganza has been revoked by the government. (Via an email, Agent Baudelaire reminded Shadow that Phoebe is not welcomed.) She doesn’t anticipate it to go down well when she tells Phoebe the truth.
